With time cars tend to lose their freshness. So, if you have an old car or if you have bought a pre-owned car recently and want to make it look like new then here are some of the easiest and pocket-friendly ways to do so.1. Polish:
With time the paint of a car tends to lose its shine and also develops minute scratches. The interiors plastic also becomes pale and dirty. So, polishing your vehicles exterior paint will restore the shine of the paint and will also remove minute scratches on the clear coat of the paint. Also, polish the plastics in the interior which will restore the freshness of the interior.
2. Clean the Lamps:
The lenses of the headlights and the taillights tend to develop tint with time. So, clean the lenses of the lamps or replace the lenses if necessary.
3. Seat Covers:
If you are buying an old car then there is a high chance that the seat covers will have tears in a few places. Replace the seat covers with new aftermarket seat covers that match the colour of the exterior paint or maybe with the colour of your preference.
4. Floor Mats:
Replace the floor mats with new ones with a colour that matches the seat covers. This will bring a huge difference in the looks of the interior.
5. Steering Cover:
If you are fond of steering covers then don't hold yourself from putting a new one with colour that matches the seat covers and the floor mats.
6. Accessories:
If the logos and badges of the car have worn out then replace them with new ones. Put a mild car freshener in the car. Throw in some neck rest on the seats. Install a USB charger. Last but not least hand your favourite ornament on the rearview mirror.
I hope these tips will help you to make your preowned or old car look like a new one once again. If you have found these tips helpful then share it to spread the words and also if you have any suggestions or tips regarding the same then do not forget to share them in the comment section.
